How is AI Ops Core priced?
In two steps. First a two-week Blueprint: an assessment, a plan and a fixed quote, credited to setup if you sign within 30 days. Then a one-time setup and one monthly plan, AI Ops Core or AI Ops Core⁺. Fixed quotes, never hourly; we walk through prices on the intro call.
Does the AI talk to our customers on its own?
No. The AI organizes each inquiry and drafts the reply and follow-ups. You review, edit and send. Nothing goes out without you.
What is the difference between AI Ops Core and AI Ops Core⁺?
Both include the full setup and monthly running. AI Ops Core⁺ adds the content pipeline: short-form video setup and 30 days of launch content, then 12 social posts and 4 short videos a month drafted for your approval, four monthly improvements instead of two, and a weekly 30-minute strategy call.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
No. We start from what you have and only add or swap a tool when it removes real work. Anything new is opened in your name.
What support is included?
Everything we built is supported in the subscription, Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Eastern. Critical issues, like inquiries not being captured, get a first response within four business hours.
Is there a contract?
A simple agreement with a six-month minimum from go-live, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Paid advertising is not included.
