Privacy Policy

Titanius Holdings LLC d/b/a Titanius Solutions (“Titanius Solutions,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose information in connection with the website at titanius.io and its subdomains (the “Site”), and in connection with Comment Desk, our comment-moderation software (Section 4).

Who we are

Titanius Solutions is a fictitious name registered in Florida by Titanius Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Parkland, Florida. Titanius Holdings LLC is the legal entity behind this site and every Titanius Solutions engagement, and it does business as Titanius Solutions. Contact: contact@titanius.io.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. If you email us at contact@titanius.io, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. If you book an intro call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes, and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
  • Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and, with your consent, our analytics services (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC) may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page and the date and time of each request. See Section 5 and our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use information

  • to operate, maintain and improve the Site;
  • to schedule and hold intro calls and respond to your messages;
  • to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site;
  • to detect and address technical issues, security incidents and abuse;
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers. Hosting (Vercel), scheduling (Cal.com), video calls (Google Meet), email and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Metricool) process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their services.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. As part of a merger, sale of assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business.

4. Comment Desk and connected social accounts

Comment Desk is software we operate for our own brands and for clients who choose to use it. An account owner can connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a YouTube channel or a TikTok account. Connecting happens on the platform’s own sign-in page, and the owner chooses which accounts and permissions to grant.

  • What we access.Basic account details (account ID, name and profile picture), the account’s own posts and videos, and the comments and replies on them, including each commenter’s public name or handle, their public account ID and the comment text. We do not access direct messages, private profile data, contacts or advertising accounts.
  • What we do with it.We use it only to moderate comments on the connected account: to sort comments, hide spam, scams and abuse, like comments where the platform allows it, and draft replies in the brand’s voice. For client accounts, a person on the client’s side approves each reply before it is posted. We do not post videos, send messages, run ads or build profiles of commenters.
  • AI processing.Comment text and the post’s caption are sent to the AI provider the account owner uses (for example Anthropic’s Claude) to classify comments and draft replies, under terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on this data.
  • Where it is stored.In a database controlled by the account owner (for client accounts, a database in the client’s name). Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown to people or written to logs.
  • Sharing. We do not sell or share this data, and do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers that run Comment Desk (database hosting and the AI provider) and as described in Section 3.
  • Retention and deletion. Comments and the actions taken on them are kept while the account is connected, so replies are not repeated and the owner can review what happened. When an owner disconnects an account or asks us to, we delete its tokens at once and its stored comments within 30 days. Email contact@titanius.io to make a request.
  • Revoking access.An owner can remove Comment Desk’s access at any time from the platform: Facebook and Instagram under Business Integrations, Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and TikTok in the account’s security settings.

Google and YouTube. Comment Desk uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, the owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of the data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Comment Desk’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary storage to run the Site and remember your choices, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only if you accept them. The Site uses Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics cookies are not set unless you accept. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie, what it does and how long it lasts, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

To count traffic, we also use Metricool’s visit counter, which sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not keep your IP address, and Google Analytics may send cookieless, identifier-free signals before you choose. Both give us only aggregate numbers, such as how many visits a page received.

6. Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. To make a request, email contact@titanius.io. We will respond as applicable law requires.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites, including Cal.com. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
