AI Coaching by Fred Schank

Use AI well. In your own work.

One-to-one coaching for executives. You work with Fred directly, in your own tools, on the work in front of you, until AI is part of how you work.

Who it is for

Leaders who want AI to change how they work, not just their inbox.

If one or two of these sound familiar, coaching is usually the fastest way through.

Sign 01

You tried it and stalled

You have Claude or ChatGPT, but it only helps with the odd email. The real work still runs the old way.

Sign 02

You want a sounding board

You would rather talk it through with someone who builds with AI every day than read another list of tips.

Sign 03

You want to do it yourself

You would rather set up your own assistants and workflows than hand the job to someone else.

Sign 04

Too much noise

A new tool lands every week. You need someone to tell you which ones matter for your work.

How it works

Map. Build. Keep going.

A first working session, hands-on building, and follow-up so it lasts.

  1. 01 — Map

We find where AI fits your week

A first 90-minute working session on your real work: what takes your time, and what AI can take off it.

    • The tasks worth handing to AI first
    • The right platform and setup for you
    • A short plan for the sessions ahead
  2. 02 — Build

You build it, with Fred beside you

Hands-on 45- or 90-minute sessions in your own tools: prompts, projects, assistants and simple automations.

    • Working assistants on your own accounts
    • Saved prompts and playbooks you keep
    • Practice on the work in front of you
  3. 03 — Keep going

    It sticks

Follow-up sessions and answers between them, so new habits hold as the tools change.

    • Follow-up sessions when you want them
    • Book as you go, no package to buy
    • Help when a tool changes under you
Rather have it done for you

We can fix it, or run it.

Coaching is for doing it yourself. When the problem is bigger than one person's week, our consulting fixes how work moves across the business, and AI Ops Core keeps it running every day.

  • Vendor-neutralClaude, ChatGPT or another platform. We pick what suits your work.
  • Yours to keepEverything we build lives in your own accounts, and stays when coaching ends.
  • Plain EnglishNo jargon, no slide-deck theater. Real work, explained as we go.
Questions

What people ask first.

Who is AI coaching for?

Executives and owners who want to use AI well in their own work, and would rather learn to do it than have it done for them.

Is it one-to-one?

Yes. Every session is one-to-one with Fred, on Google Meet, in 45- or 90-minute sessions.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We start from the work you already do and build in plain English. If something needs code, we will say so and keep it simple.

Which AI do you coach on?

Whichever suits you. We are vendor-neutral: Claude, ChatGPT or another platform, and the tools you already pay for.

How is coaching priced?

By the session, at 45 or 90 minutes, booked as you need them. Rates are shared on the free 30-minute intro call.

How is coaching different from consulting and AI Ops Core?

Consulting fixes how work moves across your business. AI Ops Core runs your AI operations for you. Coaching teaches you to do it yourself. You can start with one and add another.
